    The OBD2 connector on my Maxisys 906 won't physically go in far enough to communicate in a 2010 Buick Lacrosse or a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander.

    Hard to believe as there are standards an I have never had any problem.

    But, there are OBD extensions (on ebay) which might help you.

     Are you sure none of the pins are bent in the connector.

     I haven't had any trouble plugging into any another vehicles (yet) other than the two above.
